The Ukulele (sometimes referred to as 'Uke') is a wonderful option when choosing to learn a stringed instrument. It is very easy to hold and highly portable, it won't be long before you're playing songs that everyone knows and loves (a great party piece!)

Younger children will also find the 'Uke' a great introduction to the guitar as it is easier to both hold and play.
